In Concord, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across North Carolina on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Concord is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Concord follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Ayo and Jeff are genuinely the best. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly polite, welcoming, and kind. They treated me with so much respect that, for the first time in my miserable existence, I felt truly seen, appreciated, and valued as a human being. But enough about the emotional support—the pizza was AMAZING. I came in expecting a normal meal and somehow left having discovered an entirely new culinary experience called “pizza.” I don’t know where this food has been all my life, but I can confidently say that my life has been permanently changed for the better. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, and Ayo and Jeff made the entire experience even better. I will absolutely be coming back—not only for the incredible pizza, but also specifically for Ayo and Jeff. If you’re looking for great food and people who will actually make you feel welcome, this is the place to go. 10/10 experience. 10/10 pizza. 10/10 Ayo and Jeff. Would willingly discover pizza all over again.

Love the limited not overwhelming menu for pizza. The slices are very substantial with q great selection of toppings. The staff is awesome and very inviting. I would drive the 50 minutes it would take to get there just for there pizza. The atmosphere gives me flashback of two booths pizza in the village NYC.

Benny DaCorsa’s Pizza is an interesting and fun spot on Church Street in downtown Concord. They serve good pizza with very large slices—so large, in fact, that you sometimes have to angle the box just to get it out the door, which says a lot about the size. The pizza itself is enjoyable, and it’s a solid option when you’re in the area. It’s especially nice if you’re looking for a quick stop for lunch or just want a single slice while walking through downtown. It’s not necessarily the first place that comes to mind when I’m craving pizza, but it definitely has its place. It’s convenient, consistent, and fun to grab with family—especially if you’re sharing one of their oversized whole pizzas. They also have a good drink selection, including Mexican Coke in glass bottles, which is always a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a good downtown stop for a quick, satisfying slice, even if it’s not my top go-to pizza spot.

1st- public parking is mostly free but hard to find a place. Now, the pizza in the pics all have the classic characteristics of an authentic NY slice. Albeit extra big. For the average pizza eater, it's not bad. And $7. for a plain slice & can soda, its a great deal and quinches your hunger. For the serious, discerning NY pie Aficionado, it's not quite there. The thinness and undercarriage crunch is mostly on point but the individual elements of ingredients come together to give an overall off'ness about the experience. I suspect the cheese is some sort of blend. Sauce is ok but hits just a tad different and the dough, which is foundational, seems prepared in a way that's not entirely traditional. Though a decent crunch, It did appear to be docked, which by itself isn't too big a deal. But the char, gum line, fold and tear didn't have the authentic, classic experience. Hey, it's a good lunch and good value. My feedback is strictly for those connoisseurs who are drop dead serious about finding what they left in "The City"
